Not-So-Scary Halloween Truffles

There were plenty of spooky little critters lurking at my front door this Halloween. But instead of traditional candy, we treated with haystack goody bags full of zesty orange marmalade truffles! Here at What a Peach we are always true to the season, so this Halloween, the truffles boast beautiful pumpkin-colored centers just below that rich chocolate covering. You may find them, almost too pretty to eat. But when you do, the taste is, well....to die for!

Fall is here and so are the truffles!


Its time to start thinking Peach, again. With the holidays approaching, it is the perfect time for all things tasty to resurface on the Peach scene! Let's think fall...let's think truffles. Even better, let's think caramel apple truffles. Because we all know nothing says the leaves are a changin' like a yummy caramel apple. These are definitely a Test Kitchen recipe success. Here is a little sneak peak at some ooey gooey truffle middles full of real apples and of course...plenty of smooth caramel that may just make YOU melt!
