Not-So-Scary Halloween Truffles

There were plenty of spooky little critters lurking at my front door this Halloween. But instead of traditional candy, we treated with haystack goody bags full of zesty orange marmalade truffles! Here at What a Peach we are always true to the season, so this Halloween, the truffles boast beautiful pumpkin-colored centers just below that rich chocolate covering. You may find them, almost too pretty to eat. But when you do, the taste is, well....to die for!
